Since 1992, Attorney Scharff has harnessed her legal knowledge by serving as a law clerk to judges, and having worked in small to medium size law firms as well as a family law clinic. She completed her degree in B.A. in Political Science and a Minor in Sociology at Penn State University in 1989 and received her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware in 1992. With substantial legal experience and unrelenting focus, she opened her own law firm in 1994. Before this time, she became certified to represent children and their parents in neglect and abuse cases in Philadelphia. In 2000, she became a family mediator and has since added elder issues, neighborhood disputes and employee issues to her mediation practice.
